Compensation & Benefits/Performance Manager

We are currently partnering with a global fortune 500 FMCG who are seeking to appoint a specialist Compensation & Benefits Manager for their KSA operations.
Reporting to the HR Director/Country HR Head and forming part of the HR Management team this is a combination C&B/Organizational Design role responsible for the following key areas:

Role Responsibilities:
• Assess, review & redesign salary/grading structures
• Build a total remuneration correction plan
• Review Organizational/Departmental KPIs as per global standard
• Assess, review, and update all Job Descriptions
• Assess/Review all positions to reevaluate current positions
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes
• Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
• Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
• Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
• Succession planning for key talents and key positions
• Analyze annually the cultural survey and develop an improvement plan

Desired skills and qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree qualification
• HR qualification such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, HRCI
• MNC/Global blue-chip organization experience within Saudi Arabia
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a focus on C&B and Performance Management
• Experience in a fast paced dynamic environment with the ability to communicate effectively with the senior management team
• Strong understanding and previous experience of redesigning grading structures within a Multinational business
• Strong business partnering skills
