As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in the design and delivery of the company’s multi-year SC&O strategies and process initiatives by demonstrating strong market and industry knowledge of business operations and standards.
• Accountable for ensuring that the supply chain has clear strategic plans for the next 5 years covering Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand and Supply Planning and Procurement.
• Experience of improving Supply Chain operations implementing world class Continuous Improvement policies and practices.
• Continuously investigate and propose more efficient and cost saving ways of distributing product to market.
• To ensure consistency of service delivery; agreeing process standards, ensuring with the management that all channels, staff and processes comply with high-end supply chain & logistics international standards.
• Responsible for the performance management of all 3rd party providers, drive on-going improvements in reducing the end to end cost of all services through identification of cost savings opportunities and appropriately prioritizing delivery to have the highest value impact.
• Ensure strong governance structures are in place with all 3rd party providers, setting the correct priorities and direction in-line with the organizations wider business plans.
• Lead the effort in developing a highly prioritized short and long-term distribution strategy that supports growth in the business, drive out costs and delivers high level of store in stock levels.
• Work closely with members of the Supply Chain Senior management team to formulate clear, fully budgeted, strategic plans across all domains of Supply Chain.
• Understanding of best practice S&OP processes and the ability to develop, influence and improve S&OP processes and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between Planning, Manufacturing, Quality and Commercial functions. Highlight specific risks and opportunities within the supply chain that impact cost or service levels.
• Lead, support, develop and motivate a team of supply chain specialists and create a culture of ongoing continuous improvement and best practice.

Candidate Overview:
• Preferable degree in Logistics, Economics or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years relevant experience in Operations Planning effectively managing end to end Supply Chain and S&OP process.
• Have the ability to provide direction, build positive business relationships and motivate those around you.
• Fluent in the English speaking language is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
