We are currently partnering with a global fortune 500 pharmaceutical giant, employing over 50,000 staff worldwide, who are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner for their KSA operation.
Reporting to the Head of HR for the GCC and partnering closely with the Regional Country Head, this is a pivotel role forming part of the in-country HR team working to provide effective HR solutions across the business.

Key role responsibilities:
• This is a core HR Generalist position with a focus on advising and coaching, organizational design, learning & development, employee relations and change management.
• You will be a strong business partner with the ability to develop a network across HR in country and the wider business working across boundaries to build effective relationships with senior management, employees and work councils.
• Coaching and advising line managers in the delivery of key HR activities by building their leadership and people management capabilities
• Deliver change projects in line with the HR and business agenda
• Continuously increase the value HR adds to the business
• Manage employee relations issues and develop strategies to reduce such issues and enhance performance
• Analyse soft skills development across the business, maintaining third party development with external providers
• Determine the annual training budget across the country and build annual development plans
• Ensure the current OD design is driving the business effectively
• Deliver a range of diverse change projects and actively support change initiatives
• Ensure compliance to internal ER processes and policies

HR Business Partner requirements:
• University degree
• HR qualification – CIPD, PHR, SHRM is preferred
• Minimum 5 years strong generalist HR experience working as either a Business Partner or HR Manager within a multinational environment in KSA
• Functional specialism background in one core area of HR such as C&B, OD, Talent or Training would be preferred
• Extensive KSA and Saudi labour law knowledge
• Ability to work independently as a HRBP in country
